Gemma - Redken Certified Haircolorist

Gemma has officially become a Redken artist and also has become a Redken certified haircolorist, meaning she has the highest technical skills in the industry. Being awarded as a Redken artist.

With a big following of clientele from all her clients over the years Gemma felt ready for the next challenge of opening her first Thomas Herbert salon. After 21 years in the hairdressing industry with a number of awards and competitions to her belt, she felt ready to push for her next venture. Gemma has a talent for creating outstanding styles and is able to bring creative ideas to life by combining her creative flair with each client’s vision. Gemma is passionate about working with Redken, making Thomas Herbert a Redken exclusive salon! Being awarded a number of certificates for her outstanding skills through the L’Oreal Academy, she strives to better herself to be the best and is proud of her Thomas Herbert team she has created. She has participated in many shows and is rightfully proud to have won a number of hair competitions. Gemma is very driven to maintain a standard of excellence, which ensures that her clients look and feel amazing. For us client care is a major part of the Thomas Herbert experience and only the best will do.

Salon supervisor- Art director- Meet Chloe ✨

Chloe has been part of the Thomas Herbert team for 5 years, having trained with us from the very beginning. Over the years, she has blossomed into an incredibly talented stylist, with a natural flair and genuine passion for hair.

She takes immense pride in everything she does and particularly loves our bigger packages, from colour corrections to complete colour transformations.

Chloe has also achieved her Redken Shades EQ Certification Diploma, mastering all things colour and continuing to develop her already impressive skills.

Creative, chatty, caring and always passionate about her clients, Chloe is a truly wonderful member of our Thomas Herbert team🤍

Senior stylist / Japanese head spa therapist - Meet Emma 🤍

With over 10 years of experience in the industry and 2.5 years as part of the Thomas Herbert team, Emma continues to have a genuine passion for hair and keeping up with the latest trends.

She has completed a variety of courses with Redken to continually master and develop her skills, including barbering- fade blend & edge ,principle of foil placement and so much more. ✨

Emma has a wonderfully creative flair and is particularly passionate about creating beautiful balayages. She combines her extensive Redken knowledge with a strong focus on maintaining the integrity of the hair, while always taking the time to understand exactly what her clients want.

Kind, chatty and incredibly talented, Emma is a wonderful addition to our Thomas Herbert team 🤍

Adam - Creative Style Director

Adam has worked at the top of the hairdressing industry for some of hairdressings leading companies and artists. He is our creative style director, bringing you his cutting expertises which are very much in depend. From photo shoots, runway shows, education and training for over 15 years. Settled nicely as part of the wonderful team at Thomas Herbert for nearly 3 years! Adam is also an event’s organiser and the key hand behind several collaborations and Artistic shows for inspiration. One of Adam’s many achievements was being a personal hairdresser in Manchesters favourite 5 star Lowry Hotel, being on hand 24/7. It is also no secret that Adam has worked on many people in the public eye, from Private suites to backstage at venues like The Apollo and M.E.N Arena, achieving a lovely loyal following. Striving always forward to help people achieve the look and hair they’ve always wanted!

Nail Tec + Beautician - Meet Kayleigh🤍

Kayleigh has been a valued member of the Thomas Herbert team for all nine years we’ve been open. During this time, she has completed a variety of courses in facials, brows and nails, continually developing her skills and keeping up with the latest trends.

She is particularly talented in nail care and nail design, with an in-depth knowledge and real passion for her work.

Caring, friendly and always up for a chat, Kayleigh loves making her clients feel relaxed and well looked after. We’re so lucky to have her as part of our Thomas Herbert team🤍
